In this directory are special versions of zxsp for use with Mac OS Classic or older versions of Mac OS X.
The current public and development versions for PowerPC and Intel Macs with Mac OS X 10.4 and later are one level up in the distributions directory.
Mac Spectacle is for Mac OS 7.0 or later and 68020 or PowerPC cpu.
zxsp 0.2.2 is for Mac OS Classic on a PowerPC only, and features already a virtual keyboard and tape recorder.
zxsp 0.5.10 runs on any Mac OS X since version 10.0.
zxsp 0.6.3a is the last public release for any Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther).
zxsp 0.6.4 pre5 is the last version which runs on any Mac OS X 10.3.x (Panther).
Later versions of zxsp are compiled with gcc 4.0 and require system libraries which are not present in Mac OS X 10.3.8 and earlier. The current public version and preview releases are compiled as Universal Binary for Mac OS X 10.4 but seemingly also run well on Mac OS X 10.3.9. You can download them from the distributions directory.
